delivery times are approximately one or two working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouses for most locations. Islands, smaller locations and destinations particularly distant from our headquarters may take two more working days to be reached.

 

At the time of dispatch, a tracking code will be sent to allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. Parcels are delivered between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. The courier will attempt two deliveries per parcel, if you do not respond to the call the parcel will go into storage and it is up to the recipient to contact the courier to collect the shipment. We recommend that you provide a valid telephone number when ordering to facilitate delivery appointments.

We are in no way responsible for delays, loss or damage to parcels. If a parcel arrives damaged you must explicitly refuse the delivery so that we can take the necessary measures.
