To order on cp-design.co.uk you must choose your bike, choose the graphics you like best, add customizations, choose the finish of the graphics and add to your cart. For each completed order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the selected items.

Our products offer many customizable solutions. Colors can be changed, sponsors can be added or changed, custom numbers or names can be added, instagram tags can be added, and anything else you need to make your graphics UNIQUE.In addition to the options on the site, however, you can create additional variations, just contact customer service via whatsapp or email info@cp-design.it.

The accepted methods of payment are:

Our design team will send you the preview if requested. After everything is approved (or if you have ordered non-custom items and without visual confirmation), we produce your order as requested. Estimated production time is usually 5-8 business days. Once your order is finished, it will be shipped to your chosen location and you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. We also offer free local pickup at our location in Genoa, Italy. During peak season you may have to wait a few extra days.

Parcels are delivered between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. The courier will attempt two deliveries per parcel, if you do not respond to the call the parcel will go into storage and it is up to the recipient to contact the courier to collect the shipment. We recommend that you provide a valid telephone number when ordering to facilitate delivery appointments.

We are in no way responsible for delays, loss or damage to parcels. If a parcel arrives damaged you must explicitly refuse the delivery so that we can take the necessary measures.
